HOW I WORK
Training Designed for Real-World Movement
Most injuries and movement limitations don’t occur in a straight line.
Training and rehabilitation are built around how the body moves forward, sideways, and rotationally — not just in one direction.

Forward & Backward
Walking, running, squatting

Side-to-Side
Stability, control,
change of direction

Rotational
Twisting, turning,
decelerating
